About Us
Infant Jesus Public School, Alangad is an unaided minority (Christian) institution, run by the congregation of Seva Missionary Sisters of Mary(SMSM). It was started in the year 1995 at the centre of alangd about 8km from Aluva. SMSM congregation runs many educational institutions in different parts of India. The motto and vision of the school is to enrich the students' knowledge and virtue during their school life. The school is recognized by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi and the meium of instruction is English.
The School is co-educational, it possesses well equipped laboratories, spacious library and very good faculties. An atmosphere of complete silence is felt in the campus. Transportation facility is made available for students. Above all a standard education and many opportunities to develop, the talents of students are on speciality.
Mission
We are committed to ensure that children acquire the kind of academic excellence which will pave the way to the understanding of concepts and principles, so that search for knowledge becomes a life long quest. We would create an atmosphere where children would develop physical fitness through extracurricular activities, sports and athletics. Finally we would pay attention in forming our wards into responsible citizens who would contribute their share in making our earth a better place to live in.
